Shipping Policies

We ship all over the world!

You know, sometimes I wish we could just drop these things by your house or office. But we have to ship them to you, and that means time and money. Please read through the following points so that neither your time nor money is wasted. Just remember, when in doubt just send us your questions. We’re nice people. We’ll help you figure out the best option for what you need.

Shipping Cut-Offs:
All orders placed before 8:00 AM CDT on weekdays will go out that same day. Everything placed after 8:00 AM CDT will go out the next day. The ONLY exception to this rule is FedEx Overnight orders - any FedEx Overnight order placed by 12:00 PM CDT on weekdays will go out same day. Please note that FedEx does NOT normally pickup or deliver on Saturday - if you need Saturday pickup or delivery, let us know BEFORE you order!

If you have a unique situation, please let us know. If you have a special request, please let us know…BEFOREHAND. We’re flexible, and happy to work with you any way we can. Also, please note, even though we know and love them, FedEx and the US Post Office do NOT deliver to every area on weekends - so keep this in mind when ordering!

We are happy to offer FedEx as a shipping option. Maybe in June and July, time is not of the essence. But, when you absolutely, positively, have to have it overnight...well, you know.

See below for a link to shipping parameters, and please remember...FedEx doesn't pickup or deliver on Saturday without a very large up-charge. If you need FedEx Saturday Delivery please let us know ahead of time!

MyDraftDay uses USPS Priority Mail for all non-expedited shipping services.
You need to understand that, while the US Postal Service does yeoman’s work, there are just going to be limitations and general annoyances. Priority Mail generally arrives in 2-3 days, sometimes longer depending on where you live. We would advise you not to use Priority Mail when you need it in 2 days. There are no guarantees with Priority Mail - it's basically First Class Mail. Also, please note that Priority Mail does NOT come with delivery tracking (as our other services do), only delivery confirmation. On weekends, service can be spotty. If you have no room for error, see FedEx.

RETURN POLICY



So here’s the deal on returns…there is no return policy. It is not practical for you to Priority Mail ship an order back to us, so instead, we have a SATISFACTION POLICY. We want your experience with MyDraftDay.com to be a good one. If you just wish we had used neon blue labels instead of sky blue, well we’re sorry. Please let us know if there was any problem with your order and we will do our best to improve the outcome. As always, email us IN DETAIL and we will get back to you.
